WWE RAW women’s Champion Asuka managed to ward off Zelina Vega’s advances for her title before going head to head with Bayley with both of their singles’ titles on the line. The SmackDown women’s champion resorted to disqualify herself after using a chair as a weapon in order to avoid losing her title.
This was the 2nd time Asuka pulled off double duty in the last three Pay per views and she will now defend her title once again just one night removed from Clash of Champions. She will do so once again against Zelina Vega, who has been given a second chance to prise the Championship belt from the Empress of Tomorrow.

The Empress of Tomorrow will defend the Raw Women’s Title against Vega tonight on Raw.
Vega impressed in last night’s battle at WWE Clash of Champions, deftly targeting Asuka’s left arm throughout. But one costly mistake was all the champion needed to apply the Asuka Lock for the submission victory.
Later in the evening, Asuka also answered Bayley’s open challenge for the SmackDown Women’s Title before winning by disqualification.
With Asuka having competed twice and potentially nursing an injured arm, can Vega capitalize for her first championship gold?
