UFC 288 took place last weekend inside the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey with Aljamain Sterling defeating Henry Cejudo and Belal Muhammad winning over Gilbert Burns. However, Movsar Evloev vs. Diego Lopes on the main car was also a highlight of the pay-per-view. Although Evloev won the fight, Lopes became the talk of the night because of his sheer fighting will inside the cage. Many fans and pundits, including Dana White, lauded the Brazilian mixed martial artist.

‘Eraser’ competed last year when he won over former UFC middleweight champion Luke Rockhold. After that, he was set to fight yet another former champion, Robert Whittaker.
However, Costa has some differences with the promotion, and the fight was canceled. However, the Brazilian has recently signed a multi-million dollar contract with UFC now.
