Andrew Tate, a former professional kickboxer, had supported Pakistan’s ex-Prime Minister Imran Khan after his imprisonment in Islamabad. Tate, aka ‘Cobra,’ is now applauding Pakistan’s legal system for their latest verdict in Khan’s case. Since being resurrected when billionaire Elon Musk purchased Twitter last year, the 36-year-old has been quite active on the platform. His statements on some areas, such as women and politics, have frequently landed him in hot waters.
The British-American personality, on the other hand, seems unaffected by the criticism and continues to do the same. Similarly, Tate did not hold back when it came to discussing Imran Khan on social media.
Andrew Tate praises Pakistan’s judicial system after the Imran Khan case
Imran Khan was detained this week on various allegations of corruption made by the National Accountability Bureau. Following his detention, the country descended into chaos as followers of Khan and police battled on the streets.
As a result, the government was forced to call in the Army to assist in restoring law and order. The arrest of Khan, however, was found unconstitutional by the country’s Supreme Court. The court also ordered Khan’s immediate release and voiced anger at the manner in which he was detained.

While reacting to the news, Tate commended Pakistan’s judicial system. Tate wrote:
“It seems Pakistan has an honest judicial system.”
Previously, Tate called Imran Khan a ‘good man’ while reacting to his arrest video. It is interesting to note that the former professional kickboxer recently had his own troubles with the law. However, he was released and placed under house arrest months later.
A Look into Tate’s Arrest
Last December, Romanian officials arrested Andrew Tate and his younger brother Tristan on charges of money laundering and people trafficking. They requested freedom and filed an appeal against their incarceration in court, claiming to be innocent.
Tate and his brother were ultimately freed in March 2023, after several denials. It is crucial to note that they are still on the radar of the law because they are under house arrest.
The matter is still being investigated, and various developments have occurred. As a result, it is evident that the brothers are not out of the woods yet.
