Andrew Tate and his brother were in the Romanian custody for sometime. They were charges with human trafficking, rape and some other charges too. Fans wonder for how long was Andrew Tate in Jail.

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate both were in Jail in Romania. Both of them are released from jail, but they aren’t completely free as they are under house arrest.

How long was Andrew Tate in Jail:

Andrew Tate and his brother were detained by the Romanian authorities on 29th December 2022. They both were arrested for same charges and had been put in jail together. Top G always denied all the charges that were put on him and his brother.

Tate believed that he and his brother were punished for the views they had on many things. The matrix as he calls it was planning against them and is against them always. The jail time was not an easy one for Andrew Tate, as he has been mentioning it from time to time.

“There is no Justice in Romania unfortunately” these are the words Andrew Tate used when speaking with a reporter. His brother said that because they have money, people are trying to plan things against them.

Andrew Tate and his brother have also mentioned the brutal conditions inside the jail. Top G and his brother were released on Friday 31st March 2023. They were in jail for 3 months, after being arrested on December 29, 2022.

What’s next for Andrew Tate?

Andrew Tate along with his brother Tristan Tate is currently under house arrest. The fact that they have been released from jail doesn’t necessarily mean they are free. Charges on both Tate brothers have not been lifted yet, but they are confident of being not guilty.

Three women from the UK have put fresh charges on Andrew Tate, similar to ones he has in Romania. The comment from Andrew Tate’s team is that they are unaware of these charges, and it’s being done just to take money from them.

Andrew Tate was also expected to fight Jake Paul, as both of them showed interest in boxing each other. The fight, however, won’t happen till the charges are completely off from the Tate brothers. The fans might get to see this fight in the future.
