Conor McGregor once tore into Brock Lesnar and other WWE Superstars in a tirade that reflected his lack of respect for them.

Conor McGregor is not the biggest fan of WWE. The outspoken UFC featherweight champion discussed the prospect of one day appearing in the professional wrestling company during the UFC 202 pre-fight conference call back in 2016. Not surprisingly, he instantly went off on the WWE superstars.

Conor McGregor first went after former heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar, who had a successful comeback to the Octagon at UFC 200 before failing a pair of drug tests after his fight with Mark Hunt. He said:

“For the most part, those WWE guys are pu**ies, to be honest. They’re messed up pu**ies, if you ask me. Fair play to Brock Lesnar, he got in and fought, but at the end of the day he was juiced up to the f*cking eye balls, so how can I respect that?

However, McGregor’s hatred didn’t end with Lesnar, as the Irishman launched a caustic tirade directed at the whole WWE roster.

McGregor remarked.

“The other guy (CM Punk) he hasn’t fought yet so I don’t know about him yet,”

“There’s some Dons in that wrestling game,” – Conor McGregor on some WWE greats

McGregor did offer a few compliments to WWE employees, but he doesn’t appear to appreciate professional wrestling, much less be interested in working in the industry.

“There’s some Dons in that wrestling game,” McGregor said. “The McMahon’s, they’re Dons. Triple H is a Don. The Rock is a Don. But the rest of them are (expletive).”

McGregor claims he rejected a seven-figure role in Vin Diesel’s next film, “xXx: The Return of Xander Cage”, to focus on the Diaz rematch.

McGregor’s heart resides in the ring, and it doesn’t look like Hollywood, or sports entertainment will be able to lure him away anytime soon.

“I haven’t really thought of that. Again, that’s a little bit more show business,” McGregor said about the WWE.

“This is the fight business.”
