Valorant Americas: NRG vs 100T; Predictions, Head to Head, Rosters, Where to Watch and More!

Valorant Americas has another banger match set for us this week as 100T clash with NRG. Both teams are fundamentally strong but it is all about the momentum. The confidence of NRG will be on the same level as 100T after both teams got away with a victory last week. However, things aren’t as easy as it might seem. Let us analyze both teams and see what can happen in this bang(er) of a matchup.

100T vs NRG Esports: Clash of the Titans in Valorant Americas; Who Comes Out on Top?

NRG has had a stale tournament so far. They have lost matches against Leviatan and MIBR while winning against Sentinels and KRU. They also lost their match against C9. On the other hand, 100T won their match against Leviatan, although not comfortably. They had to scratch and claw their way to victory.

100T are currently at the 4th position of the leaderboard while NRG is at the 6th. This means this upcoming match is a must-win for NRG to maintain a good position so they can have a chance to qualify for Masters. 100T on the other hand need to keep their momentum going so they can stand a chance to face off against LOUD, the strongest team in the Americas region who is undefeated. NRG has won 2 of their last five matches while 100T has won three. Let us analyze the rosters for both teams and predict who can win this matchup.

100T

  • Asuna
  • Derrek
  • Bang
  • Cryocells
  • Stellar

NRG Esports

  • Victor
  • Crashies
  • Ardiis
  • S0m
  • FiNESSE
  • Ethos (Sub)

While NRG hasn’t used Ethos yet, we don’t think there will be a need to since this lineup has a strong enough synergy. However, seeing as this is a must-win for NRG, they are sure to bring their A-Game. We predict the match will go the distance and NRG will take it 2-1. For that to happen, FiNESSE’s strat calling, Victor’s fragging, and crashies’ utility have to be on point since beating the 100T lineup won’t be easy.

The core of 100T has been playing for a long time and beating their teamwork will be a tall task for NRG. Considering the history of head-to-head matches, 100T has won 2 out of the three matches between these teams. Is history an indication of NRG’s loss or will they be able to turn it around?
