VAR overturns Raheem Sterling’s off-side trap against West Ham United.
Raheem Sterling was adjudged offside by Video review with Mike Dean turning his decision upside down after VAR’s consultation. The English International’s assist was ruled out because of his arm, which was in an offside spot.
The winger received the ball and passed the ball to Gabriel Jesus. The Brazilian had a simple task to tap the ball in from close range, but the goal was overturned.

Absolute nonsense from the VAR – unless they have seen a replay we haven’t been shown. #MCFC
