Video showing why Thierry Henry was a better footballer than Sergio Aguero goes viral after the Argentine became the Premier League’s highest scoring foreign player.
Manchester City dished out a 6-1 drubbing on Aston Villa last weekend with Sergio Aguero scoring a hat-trick. In the process, he overtook Arsenal legend Thierry Henry as the Premier League’s highest scoring foreign footballer.

This speaks volumes on how prolific the Argentine has been for the Sky Blues. To have the record to his name despite being so injury prone is a testament to his skills in front of the goal. However, a video arguing that Thierry Henry was the better footballer of the two has surfaced.

The video features some of Henry’s best moments during his time under Arsene Wenger at Arsenal. No wonder, he is considered Arsenal’s best player and for many; the best striker to have graced the Premier League.
Nah Aguero is an absolute bagsman and has been for a decade, one of the best strikers in PL history but Henry made it look like he was a man playing against school kids. He was like a cheat code. Adriano on PES but in real life

Prem was an overall higher standard then than what it is now. The arsenals and Uniteds of then would walk over today’s ‘top’ sides. The Henry/Aguerro debate is ridiculous, not even a discussion.

If anyone thinks Aguero can compare to Henry then they need to give their head a wobble.
Goal scoring is one thing…
A genius footballer that entertained and lead the game like an orchestra is another thing.

Sergio Aguero hasn’t been too shabby either at Manchester City. Easily, one of the greatest ever to play for them. He has won 4 Premier League titles with the Sky Blues. His hat-trick last weekend made him the player with the most hat-tricks in the Premier League with 12 in 9 seasons.
At 31, he still has a few more good seasons before his age starts catching up to him. However, by the time, it is very likely that he will have already established himself as an all-time great in the Premier League. Who the greatest was, will however, remain up for debate. And that is the beauty of the Premier League.
