Virat comes up with a wonderful tweet after RCB’s win against DD
Virat Kohli was a happy man at the post match presentation as RCB romped home to a big win against DD at the Feroz Shah Kotla.
DD did post a good total of 180 odd on the board, as Pant and Sharma starred in that first innings for the Delhi franchise.
However, it was the Virat-ABD show in the second innings ensured that RCB got home with 6 balls to spare, with ABD anchoring the chase right till the end.
Kohli had started off in dramatic fashion, taking Junior Dala to the cleaners in the powerplay. ABD later joined in, attacking Amit Mishra and gradually finding his range of shots to rip apart the DD bowling unit.
Virat Kohli was in awe of ABD’s stroke making, something that he emphasised during the post match interview as well.
Kohli then took to twitter to express his fanaticism towards AB de Villiers and how he goes about his batting.
“Have always loved batting with this guy. Makes things simpler for the person at the other end. Today was yet another special partnership. Glad to finish on a winning note.” Kohli tweeted.

RCB got the job done tonight and would be hoping that they can get 3 more wins in the remaining games so as to make it to the playoffs. RCB will need to depend a little on the other results as well so as to make it to the playoffs, but they first need to go out and do what is in their hands.
