Virat Kohli and AB De Villiers got engaged in a cryptic social media conversation, ditching their private chat option, the IPL duo exchanged few messages publically.
The conversation started when De Villiers by asking Kohli what was he doing and the India captain promptly replied with two emojis, suggesting he was killing time sitting in front of the TV.
Then the South African player replied with an emoji of a cracker, which Kohli didn’t understand and he immediately sent few question marks to express his confusion.
De Villiers soon responded with a video sofa set that exploded in a few moments and the words “Get off your ass” emerging. The idea was to suggest Kohli to ditch the TV and not sit idle on the sofa.
The video ended with a date of 10th March displaying on the screen and hence there is no clarity of it. Moreover, the conversation ended on an abrupt note with nobody knowing the purpose behind the cryptic messages.

The duo is set to reunite for the Indian Premier League’s 12th edition this month, and considering the Bangalore franchise has a strong squad under the captaincy of Kohli, they are among the strong contenders to win it.
Both De Villiers and Kohli have been successful with RCB in the previous seasons but so far it has not helped them to win the title even once while their rivals have gone onto win multiple times.
Meanwhile, Kohli’s dipping form has been a major point of concern for RCB fans, as the Indian skipper has easily lost his wickets in the tour to Newzealand.
Before the start of IPL, the Indian team has headed for the series against South Africa
