WATCH: Kevin Magnussen and Romain Grosjean awkwardly unveil Haas 2019 livery

Haas are the first team to unveil their 2019 season livery and they haven’t disappointed one bit, as the new Rich Energy colours look really slick.

Rich Energy have been trying to get into F1 for a long time now and their partnership with Haas seems to be one that could go a long way.

William Storey has been extremely vocal about how Rich Energy wants to overtake Red Bull on and off the track and would be hoping that the 2019 season is the first step in that direction.

However, William Storey will need to call up his staff and ask them to have prepared for the livery launch a bit better.

The Haas F1 livery launch had a very awkward moment when the presenter asked Kevin Magnussen and Romain Grosjean to come forward and unveil the new car.

The presenter asked Magnuseen and Grosjean to unveil the car from the back, just as they were about to lift the cloth from the front.

“NO, no from the back, c’mon boys!

“Oh, you were told [to reveal it] from the front?”

“Oh gosh, oh here we go, okay; we’re doing it from the front!” she said.

The entire sequence was clearly laden with ‘that’s what she said’ moments.

The Rich Energy CEO would be hoping that things don’t pan out to be in the same way for the team on the track.

Haas have unveiled a beautiful livery for the 2019 season, having striking similarities to the Lotus livery.
