WATCH: Marnus Labuschagne's pants come off as he dives to run-out Chris Tremain in Marsh Cup

Marnus Labuschagne’s pants come off: The Queensland all-rounder was seen affecting a hilarious run-out against Victoria.

During the seventh match of the ongoing Marsh Cup between Victoria and Queensland at Junction Oval, Queensland all-rounder Marnus Labuschagne’s pants coming off didn’t stop him from running out Victoria fast bowler Chris Tremain.

It all happened on the penultimate delivery of the 29th over when Will Sutherland hit a Matthew Kuhnemann delivery towards the cover region and called for a single.

Labuschagne, who was fielding at cover, ran to his left to dive and stop the ball. In what was an athletic fielding effort, it saw the fielder returning the ball back to wicket-keeper Jimmy Peirson in one go to affect the run-out.

Chasing a 323-run target, Victoria were bundled out for 168 in 39.5 overs. Coming in to bat at No. 7 in the 14th over, Sutherland scored 66 (67) with the help of four fours and three sixes to provide some respect to the hosts’ batting lineup.

With bowling figures of 10-2-25-4, Mark Stekeete was the pick of the bowlers for the visitors. Other than Stekeete, Michael Neser and Ben Cutting picked up a couple of wickets each.

On the back of captain Usman Khawaja’s 13th List A century, Queensland had posted 322/9 in the first innings. Having won the toss and chose to bat, Khawaja scored a brilliant 138 (126) with the help of 16 fours and a six to prove his decision right.

Apart from Khawaja, Heazlett scoring 88 (86) with the help of 11 fours and a six came as a major contribution for the visitors. With bowling figures of 10-0-56-4, Victorian fast bowler James Pattinson was the pick of their bowlers.
