Rashid Khan’s helicopter shot in T10 League: The Afghanistan all-rounder was seen doing an MS Dhoni during the ongoing T10 League.

During the 18th match of the ongoing T10 League between Maratha Arabians and Pakhtoons at Sharjah, Arabians’ all-rounder Rashid Khan was seen emulating former India captain and current wicket-keeper batsman in Mahendra Singh Dhoni after he successfully played a helicopter shot.

It happened on the last delivery of the penultimate over when Rashid hit Mohammad Irfan for a towering six through the mid-wicket region. It appeared as if Rashid had anticipated the length from the bowler as he put on display a Dhoni-like swivel to execute the shot.

Having scored a 7-ball 21 during the business end of the innings, Rashid propelled his team to 125-6 in their allotted quota of 10 overs. Najibullah Zadran, who came in to bat at No. 3, top-scored for the Arabians, scoring 36 (14) with the help of two fours and three sixes.

With bowling figures of 2-0-17-2, Irfan was the pick of the bowlers for Pakhtoons.

While Rashid starred with the bat, he bowled two wicket-less overs as Pakhtoons chased the total in the last over of the match. Colin Ingram, who came in to bat at No. 4, scored an unbeaten 42 (13) with the help of two fours and five sixes to seal the chase for his team.

Rashid took to Twitter to post a video of him playing the helicopter shot. Watch the vide below:
