Williams come up with classy gesture for staff amidst staff revolt reports
Williams have gotten off to the worst possible start for the 2019 season, having missed the first two days of test 1 in Barcelona.
Reports have been doing the rounds that all is not well within the Williams setup, with the staff unhappy with how the higher management has approached the new F1 season.
Robert Kubica and George Russell too have expressed disappointment over how things have transpired, but are ready to put their foot down and give it their best shot.
Claire Williams has her hands full, as she needs to find a way to motivate the team amidst this crisis, after having endured a season of ‘no-show’ in 2018.
Now, despite all the dark clouds hovering over the team, the last few days have brought some positive results, as both Williams drivers have been able to get crucial laps under their belt before the all important Australian GP.
The Williams management has come up with a wonderful gesture for its staff, etching their names on the car and thanking them for serving the team in these tough times.
“Thank you to everyone in the team for sticking together despite the difficult start to the season” Williams tweeted.

Williams loyalists have lauded the gesture from the team and have pled their allegiance to them no matter what happens on the track. They are hopeful that things would get better this season and they can rise from the bottom of the rung.
If I could I would go round and shake the hand of every team member to say thank you for what you give us Williams fans.

Do you think Williams can beat the odds and rise up the ranks this season?
