Triple H intended to change the game of WWE with the help of the 2023 Draft. However, the event ended up creating a new issue for the women’s division instead. Rhea Ripley (the SmackDown Women’s Champion) went to RAW, and Bianca Belair (the RAW Women’s Champion) went to SmackDown. This has made fans wonder how the creative head aims to sort the issue. Well, it seems The Game has a solution, and in fact, a plan is being discussed backstage.
By introducing a new championship last month, HHH sorted out the long-standing issue of having a world title for both brands. Not exactly like that, but he does have an answer for the Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley problem too. And apparently, it’s something that WWE has already done in the past.
The current plan is to have a title swap between Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley
In a recent tweet, WrestlingBlog shed on the current plans WWE has for both women’s world titles. It stated that right now, a title swap between Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley is being discussed. That way, both championships will stay on their respective brands.
WrestlingBlog Wrote:
“As of right now WWE has current plans of doing a title swap between Rhea [Ripley] and Bianca [Belair]…”
The report also provided some updates about the rumors of WWE introducing new women’s titles. Apparently, the title swap between Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley will not include the fresh titles.
In fact, right now, there is no such plan to introduce those titles. Though it was asserted that the management might do that in the future. Regarding the title swap, WrestlingBlog didn’t provide a fixed date as to when it will happen.
I received this information early, as of right now WWE has current plans of doing a title swap between Rhea and Bianca, I asked about new women’s titles been introduce and it was mentioned is unlikely for new belts been introduced right now but could happen in the future

The last time WWE held a title swap for the women’s titles, ended up creating a big controversy
Just like this year, the 2021 WWE Draft resulted in the women’s champions switching brands. SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch moved to Raw, and Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair went to SmackDown.
Hence, WWE decided to have a title swap segment on an episode of SmackDown Live. However, instead of simply handing, Charlotte dropped her title on the floor. She did that by going off-script, which led to her having a heated argument with Becky Lynch backstage. The two women haven’t been on the same terms ever since.
Nevertheless, fans will hope that Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley don’t do anything of that sort. Though as of now, it’s unclear if WWE will do a title swap or hand both women new titles.
