Triple H and Stone Cold have a storied history in the WWE. They fought with each other on several occasions including the Three Stages of Hell match at No Way Out in 2001. The two teamed up later that year and became the Two Man Power Trip.
At one point, the two held the WWF Championship (Austin) and the Intercontinental Championship (Triple H) along with WWF Tag Team Championship all at once. The two eventually broke up after Triple H suffered a legitimate injury.
