Eric Bischoff comments on WWE removing title counts from Charlotte Flair’s record
Speaking on “For The Heat,” Eric Bischoff claimed that this was good news for Charlotte Flair because it meant that she would now have more title wins to reach the elusive 16th title reign and will thus stay on top for a little while longer than she would have had the WWE kept her title count as is.
“Well, I get that, though. I get it a lot. And if I’m Charlotte Flair, I’m smiling all the way to the Bank. (Do) you know what I mean? (laughs). Talk about job security. If I’m Charlotte Flair’s money-manager, I am smiling. That’s good news for her.”
Charlotte Flair will face Nikki Ash and Rhea Ripley in a triple threat match for the RAW Women’s Championship at SummerSlam.
SummerSlam 2021 will take place on August 21, 2021, at Allegiant Stadium in the Las Vegas suburb of Paradise, Nevada. It will be the 34th event under the SummerSlam chronology. It will also be the first to take place on a Saturday since the 1992 event; although it will be the first to air live on a Saturday.
