Why Are Dwayne Johnson and Michael Jordan, among Several Others, Being Sued for a $3B Conspiracy Lawsuit?

In a bizarre development, former TNA talent, Rhaka Khan, is suing multiple wrestling bodies and personalities for a whopping $3 billion. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Nikki Bella, and Chris Benoit are among some of the many defendants in the legal case. Khan was also known for her stint in WWE’s developmental territory. At the time she went by her real name, Trenesha Biggers. In 2019, Biggers was indicted on charges of interfering with child custody and aggravating kidnapping facilitate. 

According to reports, an arrest warrant was issued against Biggers after she missed several arraignments. Ultimately, she was arraigned in December 2022. Trenesha then filed her case, accusing various defendants of conspiring to “kidnap the plaintiff and her children”.

Shockingly enough, the case was approved in February, however, none of the defendants have been sent a legal notice yet. The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York in October 2022.

Trenesha Biggers is looking to sue Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Nikki Bella, Chris Benoit, and various other wrestling promoters and government bodies 

PWInsider reports that Trenesha Biggers is pursuing to sue various wrestling promoters, personalities, government bodies, and more. According to the report, the defendants include NBA Legend Michael Jordan, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Chris Benoit(late), Nikki Bella, Mark Jindrak, NWA, Deep South Wrestling, Mick Foley, The Miz & Maryse, Panda Energy, The State of Texas, The El Paso Child Protective Services, The NYPD, Shirley Police Department, The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and many others. 

As noted, the lawsuit alleges that the various defendants conspired to kidnap the plaintiff and her children. Furthermore, the aforementioned names of defendants are listed several times in the 48-page lawsuit.

It should be noted that Biggers has a bench warrant levied against her due to her failure to appear in court. She was once tagged as one of the most wanted absconders in El Paso. 

When did Trenesha Biggers wrestle her last match?

Trenesha Biggers has bounced around the wrestling scene a lot. She first came into the fold in WWE’s 2005 Diva’s Search. Trenesha subsequently signed up with the company’s developmental territory, Deep South Wrestling. Biggers parted ways with the company in 2006 and joined TNA.

After spending two years as Rhaka Khan, she left TNA for Lucha Libre. Her last match took place in Lucha Libre in 2011.
