Crews won the Intercontinental Championship from Big E at Wrestlemania 37 in a Nigerian Drum match. With commander Azeez by his side, he will hope to keep the title by his side beyond Friday next week. It will however, be a tall order for him.
As exciting as the match is though, one has to wonder why it was not added to Wrestlemania Backlash. Surely, the WWE could have added another match to the Pay per view. It is likely that the WWE want to ensure fans have a good reason to tune in next week. And let’s be honest, this is about as a good a reason it gets.
