Bad Bunny is a big name in the world of music, but since appearing in WWE, one can surely say his fan count has increased even more. In just three matches so far, the Grammy Award-winning musician has won many pro wrestling hearts. On Night 1 of WrestleMania 37, the Puerto Rican rapper teamed up with Damian Priest to face The Miz and John Morrison.

Not only did Bad Bunny defeat a full-fledged tag team, but he also delivered one of the best celebrity matches in WWE history. Since then, the Grammy Award-winning Puerto Rican rapper has become a person of demand in WWE. However, one of his opponents recently claimed he denied doing a musical collaboration with them.

Former WWE star John Morrison recently recalled his storyline with Bad Bunny

Recently, the former WWE IC champion made an appearance on Power Up with Tony Horton show. While doing some workouts, John Morrison also reflected on his wrestling career.

Morrison recalled his 2021 WWE storyline involving The Miz, Damian Priest, and Bad Bunny. The former star claimed he and his then-partner Miz asked Bunny to do a song with us three times. However, the Grammy Award winner rapper and singer refused every time. He stated:

“I don’t know if you know this, but me and The Miz asked him if he wanted to do a song with us like three times. He [Bad Bunny] said no.”

The former WWE IC champion quickly clarified his statement and said that was the whole storyline. In reality, the Grammy Award-winning rapper is a humble person. As a matter of fact, John Morrison called Bad Bunny the best celebrity that has worked in pro wrestling.

Morrison also recalled Bunny moving to Orlando so that he could train and deliver a good performance. He said:

“[Bad Bunny] He’s humble, he moved to Orlando to train. He just really wanted to do a good job.”

WWE’s Creative Head Triple H once said he will soon talk to the famous rapper about a return

As noted above, the Puerto Rican rapper has won many hearts despite having wrestled only a few matches. Bad Bunny gave his WWE fans a surprise by entering last year’s Royal Rumble. Though they want him to make more regular appearances in WWE. And it’s not just the fans, WWE’s current creative head Triple H is also fond of Bad Bunny’s in-ring work.

During the press conference after last year’s Clash at the Castle, The Game discussed the outstanding work Bunny has done so far. In fact, Triple H revealed that he would soon be talking to the rapper about a return. Who knows, if there has been a chat between them, he could be appearing at this year’s Royal Rumble as well. Though there is no such news as of now.
