Recently, Young Rock fans have been wondering which WWE wrestler was referenced as Chad Frost.
The recent episode of the show took fans to the origins of the rivalry between The Rock and Triple H. However, that has not been the main talking point about the episode. Young Rock took subtle jabs at an unknown name, Chad Frost. The interesting thing about the name is that there was no wrestler by that name back then.

Fans believe Chad Frost in Young Rock is none other than Shawn Michaels
In the latest episode of Young Rock, Chad Frost is shown backstage encouraging The Rock to his face. However, behind his back, he was berating The Great One, and that too with Vince McMahon. Talk about the suspects, The Rock believed Triple H was behind all of that. However, it wasn’t The Game who badmouthed him.
The Rock talks about Chad Frost in Young Rock and describes him as the biggest in WWE, only behind Stone Cold. The said superstar was injured after WrestleMania 14 in 1998 and had Vince’s ear. As far as the real name is concerned, The Great One refuses to reveal that.
Well, it seems most of the fans have an idea who Chad Frost is in Young Rock. And it’s none other than the “Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels. At the 1998 Royal Rumble, HBK defended his WWF championship against The Undertaker in a Casket match.
In fact, he did injure his two discs following a bump off the casket. Although Young Rock keeps the true identity of Chad Frost hidden, fans believe the show is referring to Shawn Michaels.
The Rock’s show on NBC also hinted at his WrestleMania match against Roman Reigns
Young Rock is currently in its third season, and one of the past episodes hinted at a future match between The Rock and Roman Reigns. In that episode, young Reigns was shown asking young Rock to wrestle him.
However, The Great One responds by stating the world is not ready for that. In fact, he then says a match that big can only happen at the Grandest Stage Of Them All. Although the whole scenario was fictional, it did increase the hopes of WWE fans. Since that episode, many are sure the two will square off later this year.
Nevertheless, the rumors of The Rock versus Reigns are rising with WrestleMania 39 coming close each day. Moreover, some reports claim The Great One will win the men’s Royal Rumble later this month. Though as of now, nothing such sign has been shown by WWE.
