It is no wonder that the Cenation Leader is seen as a real-life superhero. However, there is one current superstar who admitted to hating the 16-time WWE World Champion. That person is Dolph Ziggler, who used to date Nikki Bella before her relationship with John Cena.

Ziggler is a certified WWE legend in his own right. He has won almost everything there is to win in the WWE. He has had several main event runs and is a very good wrestler to boot. However, that hasn’t stopped him from despising the wrestler turned actor.
Dolph Ziggler, Who Used to Date Nikki Bella, Once Admitted His Hatred for John Cena
During a conversation with Sam Roberts, Dolph Ziggler was very candid of his opinion on John Cena. He stated that he enjoyed working with the WWE Icon because of how much he hated him for real.
“You know what? I had a blast working with John, yeah, because I hate him like for real,” Ziggler said.
When asked why he hated Cena, The Showoff revealed that he hated everything Cena stood for. He even hated the way he ran and believed that the Cenation Leader was bad at wrestling. Despite all of this, however, he praised Cena for his connection with the fans. Something he felt that he failed at despite being good at wrestling.
“I hate everything he stands for. I hate how awkwardly he runs. I hate that he’s bad at wrestling, but he has this awesome connection with the fans, and I’m so great at wrestling and I haven’t made that great connection with all the fans that aren’t in New York,” Ziggler revealed.

Yes, Dolph Ziggler is still a part of WWE and is used on both NXT and the main roster whenever required. His last on-screen feud with Austin Theory. Ziggler turned face for the first time since 2017 when he superkicked Theory on the July 11 episode of Monday Night Raw.
Before that, Ziggler appeared on NXT to beat Bron Breakker in a triple threat match that also included Tommaso Ciampa, to win the NXT Championship. He was the first NXT Champion who was not part of NXT. He successfully defended the title twice, once against LA Knight and Breakker.
He eventually dropped the title back to Breakker on the April 4 episode of Raw, ending his reign at just 27 days.
