Yuvraj Singh trolls Sourav Ganguly: The former Indian all-rounder tried to pull his former captain’s leg on the social media platform.

Former India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh posted a hilarious reply on his former captain and current BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) President Sourav Ganguly’s Instagram post.

Yuvraj, who is usually known for his jovial nature, successfully attempted to troll Ganguly after he posted a photo from his maiden Test against England at Lord’s in 1996.

While Ganguly hasn’t replied on Yuvraj’s comment as of now, it would be interesting to see if he does it anytime soon.

It is worth mentioning that the photo posted by Ganguly contained the logo of Getty Images, a supplier of stock images all over the world.

Pointing out the same, Yuvraj asked Ganguly to be “professional” for he is the President of the richest cricket board in the world.

“Dada photo to hata lo! [Dada, remove the logo] Your BCCI president now please be professional,” wrote Yuvraj on Ganguly’s post.

It is worth mentioning that the same post also invited a comment from Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar. “This reminds us of his great knock. Is there any other instance of Dada at Lords that one can think of ?” read Tendulkar’s comment.

While Tendulkar appreciated Ganguly’s maiden century, he was also reminded of another iconic moment involving Ganguly and Lord’s. While the legendary batsman didn’t name it, one can assume him referring to the final match of the Natwest Series in 2002.

Both Yuvraj and Tendulkar were recently seen taking part in the one-off Bushfire Relief Match at the Junction Oval in Melbourne. Despite being the coach of Ponting XI, Tendulkar faced an over in the innings break from Australia all-rounder Ellyse Perry and and seamer Annabel Sutherland.

What followed for an 8-year-old was an instant adulation for both Ganguly and the sport. The optimist in him is waiting for the day when Punjab Kings will win their maiden Indian Premier League title. When not watching cricket, he is mostly found in a cinema hall watching a Punjabi movie.
