Virat Kohli reveals if Ashwin will play against South Africa
After a fantastic start to the their Champions trophy campaign, India now face a do or die match against the number one ranked side in world cricket. Although South Africa surprisingly lost to Pakistan in their previous, they still remain a fearsome unit that are unstoppable on their day. The team selection will be crucial, and in the pre match press conference, Virat Kohli reveals if Ashwin will play against South Africa.
Kohli was asked if Ashwin will play against South Africa, given that there are three left handed batsmen in the South Africa lineup. Kohli replied that anything was possible. Kohli also admitted that he would look at all possible team combinations before making his final decision. He finally ended by saying that while his team has considered all options, he will not reveal anything right now.

Kohli was also asked about the Yuvraj Singh on the eve of his 300th ODI. This is what Kohli had to say about his good friend,
“It will be magnificent achievement. Obviously you have to be super talented and super skilled to play those many games for your country. No one has ever doubted the ability he possesses to win games for his country. He has done it in big tournaments. I wish him all the best for tomorrow and many more games that he will play for India,” Kohli said.
Kohli and boys will need to have his plans well thought out for the South Africans. Otherwise they might have to take an early flight home!
