Indy 500 TV Broadcast Schedule, Start Time & Live Stream: The 10th edition of the Indy 500 race will take place today, the first time the legendary race is not being held in May

The coronavirus pandemic has ensured the delay of 5 months. On top of it, this is the first time the race is being held without fans. The race covers 500 miles in 200 laps, taking approximately 3 hours. The exact duration depends on crashes and safety cars during the race.

Among the 33 drivers to compete today, two will grab the most attention. One of the them is Marco Andretti, from the iconic Andretti motorsport family. He will start on pole today, and is the favourite to win. The other one is the F1 lengend Fernando Alonso. He is competing in the Indy500 to achieve the triple crown of F1, Le Mans and Indy500. He has already won the Le Mans and is already a two-time F1 champion with Renault. Alonso is due to return to F1 with the French team next season.
