“I had doubts about NBA returning”- LeBron James reveals thoughts in Bubble post NBA Boycott
Talking about the NBA restarting after a boycott forced by players earlier this week, LeBron James said having a plan and executing it was key to their movement.
After finishing with a triple double (36 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists) in a 131-122 win that takes the Lakers through to the second round of playoffs, LeBron James was bullish in his post-game interview.

James said that the players were able to put together a plan and execute it successfully in the days following the Milwaukee Bucks’ refusal to take the court 3 days back. He expressed solidarity with the Milwaukee Bucks team for taking a stand against the Jacob Blake shootings.
“It’s great to be back on the floor, but more importantly it’s great to be able to have a game plan, be able to execute it and then put it into action right away.”

“I had doubts about NBA returning”- LeBron James
He confessed that he did have significant doubts about whether the NBA would return to play. But the procedure the owners, players and teams followed put his mind to rest as they successfully navigated the difficulties of a season restart.
“Frankly, I had doubts about the season returning” LeBron said.
Talking about the Lakers and how they fared in the series, James said that his team got better with each game. He said the Lakers understood how difficult it would be to get past the Blazers, who according to him were the best team in the bubble along with the Phoenix Suns.
He was quite happy with the offensive rhythm that they’d gotten themselves into by Game 3. James says the rest will be an opportunity for the Lakers squad to decompress themselves while waiting for their next round opponents.
