“We are aware of the situation”, Tennessee Titans Respond after Isaiah Wilson arrest on Sunday
Isaiah Wilson was arrested Friday night for driving while under the influence. He was the Titans’ first round pick and was selected out of Georgia.
According to police records as per AtoZSportsNashville.com, the offensive tackle was arrested at 11:29 PM on Friday and was booked at 12:44 AM. He was released on bond at 1:28 AM. He reportedly took 2 breath tests and was over the legal limit in the state of Tennessee (0.08) both times. One was recorded at 0.107 and the other 0.113.
How Did the Titans Respond?
The Titans declared in a statement that they “are aware of the situation” and this event was not “indicative of the character of our football team”.
Titans’ first-round pick Isaiah Wilson was arrested Friday night for a DUI, as @BuckReising reported.

The Titans drafted Isaiah Wilson 29th overall in the first round. He played college football at the University of Georgia.
Prior to the incident, Wilson was placed on the NFL’s COVID-19 reserve list this offseason. He is currently on it now.

Additionally, Wilson was given a trespass warning by Tennessee State University police when the university had a strict no- visitors policy at the time. Coach Vrabel said at that time that he would “stress the importance of good decision making” to Wilson and the team.
