‘Gonna shock the world? I see no lies’: Steph Curry mocks Nate Robinson post knockout vs Jake Paul
After injury in the form of a second round knockout to Jake Paul, Nate Robinson faced the ignominy of insult from Stephen Curry.
Many gave Nate Robinson the edge ahead of his exhibition MMA fight against YouTuber Jake Paul. The 23-year-old is taller and has the better reach, but people saw Nate’s football background as an edge. Things didn’t turn out quite according to that script in the ring, however.

Robinson was dominated by the controversial YouTube star on Saturday night. Paul, 23, knocked out Robinson, 36, in the second round of the fight. It was pretty one-sided according to most viewers.
Nate Robinson’s back and forth with Stephen Curry
Robinson posted a message on Twitter before his fight on Saturday.
Golden State Warriors point guard Steph Curry appreciated the message. He showed his support for Robinson on Twitter.
“Let’s go Nate,” he wrote. “Hold it down.
Robinson replied: “Gonna shock the world bro.”

Following the match, Steph decided to have a little fun at his former teammate’s expense.

The banter between the duo should be all in good spirits. Nate Robinson knows his strengths, weaknesses and abilities as a fighter. While he wouldn’t have bet against himself ahead of the fight, he definitely shouldn’t have illusions about his true level now.
