“Halo saved Romain’s life today”- Jules Bianchi’s mother is grateful that Romain Grosjean survived the crash because of the upgraded technology.

The Bahrain Grand Prix started on a tensed note, with a deadly blast caused on Romain Grosjean’s car after getting crashed into the barriers shivered everyone’s spine.

However, the French driver escaped from the worst and came out alive of the burning chassis. Many claimed that he was lucky to come out safe from the incident as it is undoubtedly one of the worst crashes to happen in recent years.

Though it has been reported that the Halo technology which was incorporated after Jules Bianchi’s death because of a tragic incident in an F2 race in 2018.

Speaking on it, according to Canal+ journalist Julien Febreau, Jules Bianchi’s mother sent him a message being grateful of Halo technology saving Grosjean’s life, which was brought as mentioned above after his son’s death.

“They introduced the Halo following my son’s accident and the Halo saved Romain’s life today. This is great. I’m glad that he’s okay.” said Christine Bianchi.

Creepily unusual race in Bahrain

The race in Bahrain has so far been dangerous, the least one could say, as, after the restart of the race, Lance Stroll met with a crash, as he was turned over by one of the Alpha Tauri’s cars.

He also came out unharmed, but he had to go out with a DNF in a rather unusual race in the meddle-east country. Meanwhile, the yellow flags were flared and safety cars came onto rescue.
