We all know Dr Disrespect is true to his name, and normal conventions are not just not his thing. This time however, it seems like the former two-time wanted to have a bit of fun on his live stream while crafting his Cyberpunk 2077 character. A popular post has emerged on Reddit in which Dr Disrespect is tinkering with the features of his character’s genitalia.

He then asks those watching at home on the big TV with kids to hand the kids an iPad so that they don’t look. After saying that, in a few second, he proceeds to adjust the genitals of his character on the live-stream itself.
