Xavier Woods hits back at The Undertaker for preferring a WWE locker room full of men with ‘guns & knives in their bags’ instead of playing video games.

The Undertaker is the WWE’s longest tenured wrestler. He has been performed in the WWE for three decades. Naturally, the Deadman has seen the locker room change with every passing year. Naturally, It would eventually become drastically different from the one he first joined.

Speaking on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, The Undertaker revealed that during his time men had knives and guns in their bags while guys today prefer playing games and make sure they look pretty. Surprisingly, it is the first one that he prefers over the other.

“I think the product is a little soft,” The Undertaker said. “There are obviously guys here and there that have an edge to them but there’s too much pretty [and] not enough substance I think right now.”

“In that era of guys, too, those were men,” he continued. “You go into a dressing room nowadays and it’s a lot different.

“I remember walking into my first real dressing room, and all I saw were some crusty fking men. Half of them had guns and knives in their bags. Sh*t got handled back then. Now you walk in, there’s guys playing video games and fking making sure they look pretty. It’s evolution, guess. I don’t know what it is, but I just like those eras, man. I liked when men were men.”

New Day’s Xavier Woods did not take kindly to the Undertaker burying the current generation and made sure to voice his disagreement on social media.

“I wouldn’t be the person that I am without the guidance and lessons of a few key people from the previous generation of wrestling,” he wrote. “They taught me about the business, to save my money, & that having video games in the locker room is healthier than having [redacted]. Thank you guys.”

It will be interesting to see how the Undertaker reacts to this response. He is one of the most respected performers in the business. Woods, as part of the New Day is a top act in the company. It is easier to side with him on this matter (Guns are worse than video games guys!). At the end of the day however, if Taker choses to burn bridges with Woods it is not hard to see Vince doing the same.
