Will ‘The Man’ Becky Lynch return to the WWE following childbirth?
Will ‘The Man’ Becky Lynch return to the WWE following childbirth? The former RAW Champion has been out since May last year.
Back in 2018 the WWE tried to build their women’s division around Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair. That is exactly what they did, evidenced by the fact that both these women went on to headline Wrestlemania 35. What they didn’t take into account however, was the rise of a certain redhead.

Starting from SummerSlam that year, Becky Lynch, with a little help from the fans, began her ascension to the top. By Survivor Series she had become the biggest star in the company in the eyes of the fans. Come Royal Rumble it was clear that management felt the same.
The Man was the outsider in the Wrestlemania 35 main event. She was never meant to be there but by the time the match ended and she held both the RAW and SmackDown Women’s Championship, you knew this was exactly how it was meant to be.
Will ‘The Man’ Becky Lynch return to the WWE following childbirth?
Lynch went on to become a top player in the WWE and held the RAW Women’s Champion for a record 399 days! The reign eventually came to an end following the announcement of her pregnancy. She relinquished her title and has been on a hiatus since.
Lynch gave birth to a daughter back in December. Fans have since wondered if and when will she return to the WWE. It seems that the first ever WWE women’s double champ will indeed return to the promotion. At this point however, it is unclear when.
“She’s on her way back, but I was told not [the Royal Rumble], but who knows?” Dave Meltzer stated on Wrestling Observer Radio.
Becky did not appear on the Royal Rumble last night. She did however, troll the fans into believing that she might.

With Bianca very likely to take on Sasha Banks at Wrestlemania, could ‘The Man’ return to face Asuka for the title she never lost? We’re gonna have to wait and watch to find out.
