“What the f**k are you crying for? We’re not done yet.”: Tom Brady Called Out Buccaneers Teammate for Crying After NFC Championship Win According to Lavonte David
Tom Brady is a serial winner with a killer mentality and expects nothing less from his teammates. In his mind, the job’s not done until the Lombardi is in your hands.
Appearing on the All Things covered podcast with Bryant McFadden and Patrick Peterson, Bucs LB Lavonte David hilariously recalled a story from after the NFC Championship game, which was truly a testament to Brady’s leadership and mindset.
“So how vocal has Tom been about his Super Bowl experiences?” Peterson asked. “When I realized that it was real, when I realized like all the other stuff doesn’t really matter unless it’s the Super Bowl, it was after we won the NFC championship,” David replied.
“You know me, I’m all happy, it’s my first. I’m geeked up. Then like, I guess somebody was crying. And I guess like, I heard [Brady] just like, ‘What the f— you crying for? We not done yet.’”
David has never even made the playoffs in his 8 year career, so understandably he was feeling a little emotional too. He admitted that after hearing Brady curse out in the locker room, he straightened himself out.
“He’s right,” the linebacker said. “I had a little two tears, too. So I wiped my s—, too. … I’m trippin’, man. We still got work to do.”
David claimed that he couldn’t remember which teammate was on the receiving end of Brady’s comments, but that it could have been either Chris Godwin or Jayden Mickens.
It’s no surprise Tom Brady isn’t satisfied with a conference championship.
Lavonte David told a hilarious story on @ATCoveredPod that the GOAT saw someone crying in the locker room after the Packers win and said “What the f**k are you crying for? We’re not done yet.” 🤣💀🐐

Tom Brady Set to Play in Record 10th Super Bowl
You know that you’ve reached legendary status when you break your own records seemingly each year. Next Sunday will be Brady’s record breaking 10th Super Bowl appearance and no other player even comes close.
In fact, Stephen Gostkowski is second on the list with just 6 appearances, and he was Brady’s teammate for a good chunk of his career.
After all the success, it really is no surprise that crying after winning the NFC Championship isn’t exactly Brady’s style.
