WATCH : Team India celebrates Manish Pandey’s birthday in style

After a comfortable victory in the 2nd ODI against Australia, team India were in good spirits after they took a 2-0 lead in the five match ODI series.

The team were clearly in a jubilant mood, which is why they seemed very happy during the post match birthday celebrations of Manish Pandey.

While Pandey did not do enough justice with the bat, his fielding during the Aussie innings was a huge asset to the Indian side.

The Karnataka batsman was seen covered in cake, as the rest of the players and staff proceeded to pour cake and water all over the poor boy.

In the video, Dhoni is seen smiling away in the corner as the old custodian was content in watching things from afar. Of course, that did not stop him for eating the cake when he got a chance though.

Skipper Kohli is also seen in the video. While he was seen laughing away with the rest of the squad, he gave Pandey a towel in order to save him from further embarrassment.

With the team looking in good shape, India are expected to play even better and maybe try and wrap up the series in the next ODI.
