Why is Mick Schumacher not racing today in Monaco F1 GP qualification?
Why is Mick Schumacher not going to participate in the Monaco Grand Prix qualifying? Where will he start this Sunday at Monte Carlo?
The Monaco Grand Prix has not been easy on the rookies this year, as all three went on to barge onto the wall during the weekend, but for Mick Schumacher, things have been harsher.
The German race driver is not going to participate in the qualifying round of the Monaco Grand Prix. During the FP3, he barged into the wall and damaged his Haas.
Meaning that the car is not fit for the Saturday qualifying, and this comes out to be a big blow for him, as it means he will start from the 20th position on Sunday, as confirmed by Formula 1’s social media team.

Mik Schumacher stopped the session twice?
This was not the first time when Schumacher brought in the red flags into the Grand Prix. On Thursday, during the FP2, he damaged his car, leading to the end of the session.
Ironically, the events of Schumacher’s crash today were also identical and eventually suspended the session. The 22-year-old race driver was then comforted by his team in the paddock, as it was certainly a big blow to him.
Not the only crash on Saturday
Even Nicholas Latifi crashed his car in the same session and took huge damage just a few hours before the qualifying. But Williams team miraculously repaired his car before time, and now he is available.
A HUGE effort from the team to get the car repaired and @NicholasLatifi will participate in Quali 🤩
