Lewis Hamilton and Shakira have been the hot topic of discussion amongst fans for quite a while now. It has been widely speculated that something is brewing between the seven-time F1 world champion and the Latina songstress. Amidst all of this, Italian fashion mogul Donatella Versace fueled the rumors by posting some pictures on Instagram.

It has been reported that Lewis Hamilton and Shakira are currently in their talking phase. They are just getting to know each other. The duo has been spotted together quite a few times over the last month. Shakira even attended the Spanish Grand Prix, which saw Hamilton produce a scintillating performance and clinch P2 for Mercedes.

The duo was then clicked having dinner together after the race. Following that, Hamilton and Shakira posted identical videos of them surfboarding over mighty waves. All this raised further suspicion that something must definitely be up between the two.

Versace has added some spice to the gossip

Fashion designer Donatella Versace recently uploaded a set of pictures on her Instagram account, which showed a lot of celebrities donning clothes from her brand. However, fans went crazy when they realized that Shakira and Hamilton have their pictures next to each other.

The Briton liked the picture and even reposted it on his Instagram story with a heart emoji next to it. However, the F1 driver wasn’t the only person who enjoyed the photo. The comment section was overflowing with fans pointing out that Hamilton and Shakira’s picture are next to each other.

One fan commented, “Sis we know you put Shakira and Lewis together on purpose.” At the same time, another claimed, “donatela knows something about it, shakira then lewis hum, thank you for enlightening many.”

Twitter erupted as well, with one fan claiming that all of this cannot be a coincidence.

Another Twitter user claimed that Versace must have knowingly posted their pictures next to each other. She commented, “Donatella is not innocent”

Maria took a sly dig at Versace and commented, “The one who knows, knows.”

Hamilton, Shakira, and their Versace connection

This is not the first time Versace has created a talking point about Hamilton and Shakira. When Shakira visited the Spanish GP, she was spotted wearing a $1,500 Versace blouse.

It was widely rumored that Hamilton himself had gifted the Versace piece to Shakira. Hamilton, himself a Fashion Aficionado of sorts, is good friends with Donatella Versace. Therefore it will not be a stretch to imagine that the F1 driver got a bit of help from his Fashionista friend regarding a gift for a loved one.
