Weather forecast Lord’s London: What is the weather report for Day 4 of England vs New Zealand Test?
Weather forecast Lord’s London: The SportsRush presents for you the detailed weather prediction for the first ENG vs NZ Test.
During the third day of the first Test of the ongoing New Zealand’s tour of England at Lord’s, no play was possible throughout the day due to continuous rainfall over the historic venue.
267 runs behind in the first innings with eight wickets in hand on a flat surface according to English conditions, England had a golden opportunity to close in on the lead and then dictate terms on the remaining two days.
Having said that, rain playing spoilsport on what is termed as a “moving” day of a Test match has it in it to affect the result of the match. Considering that England go on to diminish the first innings lead, it would eventually leave them with very less time to bundle out New Zealand and then chase a total.
Thank you for your patience but play has been abandoned for the day ☔️

Barring a significant batting collapse in at least one of the three remaining innings of the match, finding an outright result would be a daunting task for both England and New Zealand.
Day 4 Weather forecast Lord’s London
Unlike today, weather is most likely to remain clear on Day 4 (Saturday) of the Test match. According to Accuweather, London will mostly be “Party Sunny” tomorrow. Talking about the probability of rainfall, the same is in single-digit numbers which hint at a full day of play at the Lord’s.
On the contrary, weather forecast for Day 5 (Sunday) isn’t too pleasing especially with respect to finding a result in this match. As of now, rain probability around noon on Sunday is in vicinity of 50%.
The same means that the first session of the final day might also be affected due to rain. Another passage of rain is likely to make its presence felt around the last hour of the match on Sunday.
