Alexa Bliss responds to criticism of her gimmick from WWE Fans. The Goddess has been portraying a supernatural character for months now.

Alexa Bliss’ storyline with the Fiend was met with great interest last year. Many wanted to know where the WWE was going with the duo. Off late however, with Alexa’s character shifting more and more towards the supernatural herself, the fans have been split in the middle.

Many enjoy that very aspect of her character now but an equal number of fans do not appreciate having to greatly suspend their disbelief to make her feats believable. Bliss has now come out and responded to those who have criticised her character.

Alexa Bliss responds to criticism of her gimmick from WWE Fans

The RAW Superstar took to Twitter to air her thoughts regarding the criticism towards the character she portrays.

She wrote:

“They can say what they want… but I’m actually having fun”

Bliss recently fought and beat Shayna Baszler at Hell in a Cell. She followed this by fighting alongside former Tag Team partner Nikki Cross against Baszler and Nia Jax. By wiinning the tag team match, Bliss and Cross have qualified for the Women’s Money In the Bank Ladder Match.

Asuka and Naomi are the two other wrestlers in that match. The remaining four sports will be filled by superstars from SmackDown this week.

Money in the Bank will take place on July 18, 2021 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. This will be the WWE’s first PPV with fans since the pandemic with the exception of WrestleMania 37 in April 2021.This will also be WWE’s first pay-per-view held outside of the state of Florida since Elimination Chamber in March 2020.
