Andre Iguodala shares how Stephen Curry is crucial to him playing basketball
Andre Iguodala spent six years as a Warriors before he got traded to the Grizzlies because of salary cap issues. In those six years, the Warriors were at their best and won three titles. It also saw the rise of Stephen Curry as the greatest shooter in the history of the game, and one of the best players of all time. Andre was fortunate to see the rise in person, and admire it as it occurred.
During the 2018-19 season, Andre was asked what motivates him to keep playing basketball. His answer was simple: Stephen Curry. He elaborated and explained that he wanted Stephen Curry, one of the dearest people he’s ever met, who receives so much backlash and hate, to win and prove his peers wrong.

As long as Andre is by Stephen’s side, the Warriors have a shot at going to the biggest stages all over again. It also helps that Klay Thompson would make his return soon as well.
