Why was Dean Ambrose absent from Monday Night Raw

The BAR and The Shield in Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose have been feuding for most of the latter of the year, in a series of back and forth battles exchanging the tag-team titles.

On Raw, both Dean Ambrose and  Sheamus didn’t show us. Seth Rollins and Antonio Cesaro had a singles.

After Seth Rollins defeated Cesaro he announced that on next Raw, The Shield will facem The Bar for the Raw Tag Team Titles.

Enimies are set to do battle for the RAW Tag-Team Titles again on next week’s Monday Night RAW when Dean Ambrose and Sheamus return.

The reason for their absence is that, Sheamus is just on his annual sabbatical in Ireland and Dean Ambrose is on his honeymoon following his marriage to WWE announcer Renee Young.

It was originally reported by PWInsider that there was early talk of a tag team title match possibly taking place on tonight’s show, but now it is set to take place next week.

Absence of Dean Ambrose from Raw led to speculations of a Shield break up but however, ‘The Architect’ Seth Rollins also addressed those rumours following his match with Cesaro merely stating that Reign’s title win will only make The Shield stronger and that there was no chance they were going to break-up anytime soon.
