Set to play his ninth match against Royals at the DY Patil Sports Academy tonight, Pant would want to elongate his praiseworthy batting form against this opposition.

In his previous eight IPL matches against RR, Pant’s 344 runs have come at an average and strike rate of 57.33 and 166.99 respectively with the help of four half-centuries.
