It was an anticipating night for the Clippers fans, with the superstar duo of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George returning to the lineup, who had been missing games due to recurrent injuries. While for The Klaw, his nagging ACL injury continued to be bothersome, PG13 suffered a hamstring injury.
Kawhi, who missed the entire 2021-22 season, has only played six games in the current NBA calendar. On the other hand, George had missed the last seven consecutive games. Touted to be a top contender in the west, the Clips face a crucial issue in the availability of its superstar players.

In his 4th season with the Clippers, we are yet to see Kawhi play his best version as injuries continue to plague him. Nevertheless, the former DPOY had everyone impressed with his game-winning shot.
“It was great that I was able to make that shot, but you know me. We were up 8-9 points the whole game, I would rather close it out than have it us finish that game out like that, but it was a good fourth quarter and we were able to get the win.”
