Defensive lineman Vita Vea (calf) and offensive tackle Donovan Smith (foot) could be game-time decisions on Sunday, according to Bucs head coach Todd Bowles.

With a victory over Carolina, the Buccaneers can clinch the division, guaranteeing them a home first-round game and the fourth seed in the NFC. Additionally, it would make their Week 18 game in Atlanta essentially meaningless. I
