Luka Doncic Joins Michael Jordan, LeBron James and Kobe Bryant in Highly Exclusive NBA Club

Luka Doncic is only 23 years old. He is still 3 years away from his early prime. And sure, there are players that hit their prime early, but flame out just as fast. However, the progression of this superstar’s career seems a bit different.

So far this season, the Slovenian superstar is averaging 34.2 points, 8.7 rebounds, 8.9 assists, and 1.7 steals per game. He is also shooting 51.1% from the field, and 36.7% from deep.

As if that wasn’t impressive enough already, his averages in just the last 5 games go up to 45.6 points, 11.2 rebounds, 10.2 assists, and 2.4 steals per game. His efficiency also goes up to 59.8% from the field, and 50% from beyond the arc.

With these kinds of performances, it seemed inevitable that the man would break some kind of record.

And while that hasn’t happened just yet, he has joined a very exclusive group shared by only the best in NBA history.

On countless occasions this season, Luka Doncic has been almost the sole reason the Mavericks won a game. And clearly, the man has been happy enough to bear that burden.
