Vince McMahon’s Return Could Potentially Lead to Lawsuit Against WWE
Vince McMahon’s WWE return, in true fashion, has been nothing short of chaotic. The WWE patriarch has been the talk of the wrestling world since he signaled his intention to return to the WWE board of directors in order to help facilitate a sale, which in turn has opened another can of worms. As if there isn’t already too much going on at the moment, it appears that yet another controversy awaits the WWE, brought upon them by their very own Executive Chairman.

Vince McMahon was ousted out of WWE last year following the Hush money scandal. Several firms investigated WWE or “violations of the securities laws” on behalf of WWE investors. They focused on “whether WWE and/or the company’s officers and directors violated the securities laws or breached their fiduciary duties in connection with the above alleged misconduct.”
Vince McMahon’s return could potentially lead to lawsuit against WWE
Scott+Scott were one of the many firms involved in the investigation. They had filed a suit against WWE following the allegations levied against him, and it appears not that they will move forward with it following Vince McMahon’s WWE return.
PWInsider, recently revealed the contents of a mail from the Scott+Scott lawyers stating their intent to file a complaint against the WWE patriarch after what they believe is a “breach of a fiduciary lawsuit.”
The letter stated that they received several internal documents that they had been reviewing and were expecting an additional batch this week.
“We believe there is enough of a basis to bring a breach of a fiduciary lawsuit. We hope to file a complaint against McMahon and possibly other directors/officers for breaching their duties to WWE and its shareholders. We should have a draft for you to review in the next couple of days,” the mail read.
The mail also stated that they would require a signature on a one-page verification.
Will Vince McMahon take over from Triple H as the Creative Head?
Now that Vince McMahon has successfully stormed his way back to the WWE, he is very much in power of the promotion. Although, the Creative head, at least at this moment, is still Triple H. It has been stated that the Game has most of his major storylines for WrestleMania ready.
However, as witnessed by Charlotte dethroning Ronda Rousey, the Cerebral Assassin is not beyond changing his plans to keep the tabloids on their feet.
It was noted that Vince wanted to take over the creative before expressing his desire to return to the WWE. However, it appears that he is content with the manner in which the product has been handled in his absence, and Triple H is still very much in charge of their weekly content. Although, seeing how this week has gone, nothing seems to be off the charts now.
Dave is reporting a week ago Vince wanted Creative Control over WWE till he suddenly changes his mind.
On a side note.
If he was to sell and wwe goes private the new owners can insert him into any role.
That Sneaky SOB has this planned im guessing.
