Scottie Pippen’s pension amount going to Larsa Pippen as divorce settlement has actor TJ Kirkland stunned
It isn’t uncommon for the private lives of celebrities to be public legends that are often the talk of the town. One such celebrity couple who’ve had a dramatic and eventful tenure which was documented with great scrutiny was the pairing of Scottie and Larsa Pippen.
Infidelity and drama were a constant feature of their relationship and a divorce filing was made on multiple instances. The reality star and former NBA champion pairing gave the tabloids quite the scoop.
Eventually, their marriage did come to an end. Scottie and Larsa Pippen got legally divorced in 2021, and one would assume their names being linked would reduce since.
However, that hasn’t proven to be the case. The fact that Larsa Pippen has been romantically involved with Michael Jordan‘s son gave new life to stories around the duo. This, in addition to the breaking of the news that Larsa gets a share of Pippen’s pension sparked life to the Pippen-family controversies yet again.
And actor TK Kirkland was quick to comment on the terms of their divorce.
Kirkland called it a “cold world” upon knowing of Scottie’s pension going Larsa’s way.
Actors and athletes probably have the most demand-based professions across various media. Maybe it is such a realization that makes finances an important consideration for individuals in both these fields.
Kirkland is an actor renowned for his roles from the past, much like Pippen as an ex-NBA player. In such a stage in their life, their pension funds do contribute to their sustenance. Possibly why a mention of a part of Scottie’s pension going to Larsa Pippen in their divorce settlement seemed to stun Kirland.
“How the f**k? Wow, man. It’s cold out here, man” reacted Kirkland to the information regarding Scottie’s pension. The former Bulls star is allegedly expected to pay a share of his pension to his ex-wife in accordance to the terms of his divorce papers.
Kirkland seems to be amongst the population that backs Scottie Pippen in the marriage. After all, to the former actor, the image of Larsa Pippen that was cast by popular media is all he knows of her.
That image paints Larsa as a serial infidel and the one responsible for the divorce in the Pippen household. And to Kirkland, Larsa getting a share of Scottie’s pension despite the rumors seemed blasphemous.
Larsa Pippen has allegedly been involved with various men including Marcus Jordan.
Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife seems to have had quite the resume of flings and relationships. Pippen isn’t even the only NBA champion to have been involved with Larsa.
Former NBA champion Tristan Thompson and Larsa Pippen also appear to have had a fling in the past. Tristan Thompson, another individual notoriously involved with such controversies is not a surprise addition to any such dramatic plot.
The most controversial story, however, will any day be Larsa’s involvement with Marcus Jordan. Getting involved with the son of Scottie Pippen’s running mate, Michael Jordan takes the cake there.
Another high-profile tale involving Larsa Pippen allegedly even got immortalized in pop culture. This time, for being the subject of a rap song, by Future.
If the rumors are true, Larsa Pippen did have quite a rap sheet while she was still married to Scottie Pippen. Regardless, legal obligations mandate a share of Scottie’s pension to Larsa. And Kirkland’s opinion isn’t going anywhere to change that fact either.
