How Billionaire LeBron James Uses his 142M Followers to Make an Insane $657,000 From Instagram Posts
LeBron James is the NBA’s most popular and prized athlete. Everything he does gets picked up by media outlets worldwide, us included. As a result, he has a large social media following. It also means that he makes a huge figure for posting ads.
It is so big that in just one site, Instagram, LeBron has nearly three times the following of the next closest superstar, Stephen Curry. He has 142 million followers on Instagram.
Such large masses of people following means you will be able to generate that much more profit every time you promote a product or service. For LeBron that income is enormous.

LeBron James generates $657,000 for every single Instagram post
Each time the Lakers superstar takes to Instagram and puts up an advert, he generates $657,000. That is an eye-watering sum. The mascot of the Denver Nuggets, Rocky, who is also the most popular in the league, makes that much money in a whole year!
And for LBJ to generate that much through a single social media post is simply astounding. It speaks volumes about the sort of impact he has in the league.
When he speaks the world stops and takes note. Not just the NBA, but outside it too. The King’s influence is nothing short of groundbreaking.
Despite the huge sum of money he rakes in, he is still 24th on the list of celebrities who make money per post. Cristiano Ronaldo is at the top of the list and makes an eye-watering $2.4 million per post.
LeBron even at year 20, is dominating the NBA
Now quickly moving onto LeBron’s performance on the court, even at year 20, he is at the top of the game. He just put up a season-high 48 points last night. After turning 38 just less than 3 weeks ago.
He has scored 40 against every team in the NBA. Barring one, the Los Angeles Clippers. He faces them in a week’s time.
It is likely he will score 40 and when he does he will put up something on his social media. Sadly, if it was a promotion, he would make $657,000 but it will just be a jubilant post. He is also a billionaire so we reckon, he doesn’t need the money.
