USC Bound Bronny James Greets ‘Dad’ Stephen Curry After Father LeBron James Decimated Warriors in Game 3
Bronny James greeted his “father” Stephen Curry after the Golden State Warriors were blown away in game 3 in the Western Conference Semifinals. Bronny had recently joked during a live stream that his father was Stephen Curry. Days later, he greeted Curry warmly after game 3 despite the way the match had gone for Curry’s team.
The 33-year-old Curry reacted in a wholesome manner before walking away. The Golden State Warriors lost the game in an embarrassing manner and have an uphill task to fight back.
Bronny James greets “dad” Stephen Curry after Lakers-Warriors game 3
Bronny James, who is set to join USC and is expected to one day make it to the NBA, is also an avid live-streamer. During a recent live stream, he was asked by a viewer mockingly about who his father was. Bronny responded by claiming that it was Stephen Curry. The incident took place just days ago during Bronny’s recent Twitch live stream.
The USC player then met Curry, although it was not the best time to greet him. The Warriors had been decimated by the Lakers in game 3 and suffered due to unnecessary turnovers. Still, Curry responded very heart-warmingly, and the two seem to be on great terms with each other. ESPN posted a video of it on their youtube channel.
The Golden State Warriors had lost the game 127-97. Klay Thompson returned with a career-playoff high of 6 turnovers, and the Warriors had a bad shooting night across the team.
Bronny does not get the same attention as an average college player
Bronny has had a lot of media attention on his young career although that does not seem to be paying a toll on his game and overall progress. While it is a known fact that his father is none other than LeBron James, Bronny was only making a joke.
The 18-year-old is bound to get sometimes annoyed at people always talking about his father. However, he reacted hilariously and responded with a no-look 3 during the live stream.
Considering his father, there is little doubt that comparisons between the two are bound to go on. However, unlike his father, Bronny is a different kind of an offensive player and is not as well-rounded as LeBron, at least as of now. Still, he is considered a huge talent and is expected to make it to the NBA eventually. Considering his age, there is plenty of time to improve for the 18-year-old.
