CSK vs GT Head To Head Record in IPL History
It has all come come down to where it had started as far as Indian Premier League 2023 is concerned. In spite of a grand total of 72 matches across almost a couple of months in between, the final match of the tournament will be played between the same two teams which had stepped on to the field in the first match of the season at the same venue.
In what is going to be their third clash of the season, Chennai Super Kings and Gujarat Titans will lock horns at the Narendra Modi Stadium in order to lift the silverware for the fifth and second time respectively.
All in all, CSK and GT have played four matches against one another in the past. While Titans had won the first three contests, Super Kings ended up winning the latest match. Having directly qualified for the final by virtue of winning Qualifier 1 on Tuesday, Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his men had registered a 15-run victory primarily due to individual performances by Ruturaj Gaikwad and Ravindra Jadeja.

Going to be only their second encounter in Ahmedabad, Chennai are yet to defeat Gujarat at their home ground. Out of the three matches that they’ve played in the city in the history of the competition, the visitors have never been able to end up on the winning side.
