WATCH: Kimi Raikkonen plays truth and dare on Ziggo Sport
Kimi Raikkonen has been a man of few words all through his motorsport career. He loves racing but isn’t quite fond of everything other than that that surrounds the sport of Formula 1.
Thus, press conferences and media sessions is something that bores Kimi and he makes it pretty evident that he is not that interested.
Now, while his demeanour could have been perceived as disrespectful at first, a lot of fans started taking a liking to Kimi and how straight forward he was about everything in Formula 1 other than actual racing.
People understood Kimi’s wit, enjoyed it and the Finn made a massive fanbase out of it(and from his driving too, of course).
Ziggo Sport thus decided to respect the fact that Kimi loves to have crisp and small interviews and thus came up with a ‘True or False’ interview style with Kimi.
Kimi was obviously in a happy mood, with no real pressure or obligation to give out long and well-rounded answers. All he had to do was mutter out two words and that actually brought out multiple smiles from the Iceman.
Kimi was asked multiple questions pertaining to his career and F1, all of which were seemingly answered truthfully by Kimi.
He was asked if Ferrari would always be his number 1 team and if Arrivabene was the best boss he worked under; both of which had ‘yes'(True) as their answers.
He was also asked about the time he did not go testing for Lotus as he was busy fishing. Kimi said that it was half true, as yes Kimi did not go for the test, but he wasn’t fishing, he was doing something else.
The video has more some gems.
